We’ve finally put together our strategy for daily reviews of the site. First of all, we’ll watch a summary of video clips for the day and give some feedback to George. Second, we’re each taking three of the tabs on the front page and checking for compliance with standards, norming to other sites and, for lack of a better descriptor, punch. Third, we’ll follow up on any issues from prior reviews.

I’m hoping that if we do this every day for a couple weeks it will make a vast improvement on the site. So far, we’ve been happy just having fresh content every day, but we’ve really got to step it up if we want to gain any ground. It’s a pretty competitive space.
