It has been noted at our office that we are really needing to improve a lot of the work that is being done.  It seems as though people have become careless with their work.  There is no heart behind it, no driving force.  So I proposed that we restructure some things.  The first thing that I wanted to do was to move to a more simple copywriting system.  We had been using one that was a little outdated, and it was not very relevant to our expanding business campaign.  I think that with a little re-working, people will breathe a little more fresh air, and have a higher drive for their work.
