I have been investing in real estate for a couple of decades and there is one thing that always makes my investments a wise decision. I always use the most knowledgeable real estate agent for the particular area in which I am buying. I didn’t want someone that only had a listing or two there but really knew every home like the back of their hand. I found the agent online and they got me the best deal in town.

I am so happy to have found a decent hotel in Nazareth without any televisions and cable connections, wi-fi and so on. I want this family trip of ours to be all about simplicity. Kids these days are always glued on tv shows and video games that my husband and I decided to have a “back-to-basics” kind of trip this summer. I thought there would be some kind of violent reactions from the kids, but there was not. In fact, they are just as excited as my husband and I. I am so happy with all the enthusiasm. I cannot wait until our trip.

The folks who do not need private jets are those that have plenty of time on their hands to wait in lines at airports and have limited funds. It is just typical, there I start getting more stand up comedy gigs in sometimes faraway places, and my car gets sick and has to go into the shop. The thing is, without a car, I don’t get the gigs in the first place. It’s one of those aspects of being the small-fry in the comedy world, you get gigs at first because you are useful. With a car I can give a lift to other comics going to the same gigs. I suppose I’ll have to rent something to ensure I get to the next set of bookings, and if I use budget rental coupons I should get the cost down so it’s affordable. 

We have been trying to figure out which hotel we should stay at for our upcoming trip to the Melbourne area. We are looking for accommodation in Prahran, and wondering whether or not the Prahran Village Guest House is a good place to stay. From the description we saw on the website it looks like it might be nice, but we have learned that sometimes it is best to find out what other people think about a hotel before we make our bookings. I need to find some customer reviews so we can make sure that we know what we can expect if we book this hotel.
