There’s a lot in the news these days about flu vaccines. And even more with the swine flu epidemic.  Personally I don’t believe in taking flu vaccines as I think the best way to is to keep your immune system strong via natural methods Exercise: The exercises I recommend in my no gym workout program are excellent for keeping you fit and healthy. Optimal Nutrition: Eat the right foods and let that be your medicine. Rest: We all know what this means. Don’t exhaust yourself. Sleep: Make sure you go to bed on time and get at 6-8 hours a day.Lots of Laughter: Enjoy your life. That’s what it’s for and don’t take yourself too seriously. No one else does. Meditation: Spend some quiet time each dayDoing things you love: Kids do things because they like it and you should too. But that’s just me. You may be different and that’s fine as you must take responsibility for your health.
