It has now the end of the EA Sports Active thirty day challenge. Time to get on that scale and have our end results read to us. When my daughter got on the scale it read that she lost five pounds of fat and added some muscle. She looked at me in total disbelief. She is thirteen so she is wanting to look nice. My son lost four pounds, he was already skinny to begin with, and gained a lot of muscle. He was above average for his age in muscle mass. Then it was time for me and my husband to see our results.
