I am working as a Fort Collins real estate agent. Every day I have to come across different types of people as my clients. Last month I attended a client who said me that he needed a two bedroom house. So I arranged a meeting with him after a week and showed him some options. In these seven days, I did a research to find the houses which would suit the client. But later the client disclosed that he did not want to buy a house, in fact he wanted a house on rent. All my efforts went in vain. In our business, words often create confusions.
